NZX: Settlement Of IRD Tax Audit
As outlined in NZX’s previous financial statements, the IRD commenced a tax audit of NZX in November 2012. The audit has been ongoing since then and relates to the income tax returns for the years ended 31 December 2008 to 2010. As disclosed in NZX’s 30 June 2014 financial statements, in March 2014 the IRD issued Notices Of Proposed Adjustment in relation to certain items.

Shanghai Futures Exchange: Announcement On Enforcement For Rule Violation During Q4, 2014
The enforcement for rule violation during Q4, 2014 is as follows:- There are four rule violation cases during Q4, 2014 and they are accommodation trades forfund transfer purpose between natural person customer and legal person customer or between natural person customers.
- In accordance with Article 29 of the Enforcement Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the rule violators, which are one legal person customer and ten natural person customers, are imposed warning, public criticism and suspension of opening new positions for two or twelve months respectively by the Exchange, and are ordered for correcting the wrong behavior.

SZSE Makes Another Breakthrough In Exchange-Traded REITs
Recently, “CITIC-ChinaAMC Suning Yunchuang Special Asset-backed Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “Suning Yunchuang”) issued by China Asset Management Co., Ltd. has completed record-filing procedures with Asset Management Association of China (AMAC), and will be transferred by listing on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) as of February 6, 2015. As the first exchange-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) launched after the implementation of ABS record-filing system, “Suning Yunchuang” represents another innovative attempt by SZSE after the launch of “CITIC Qihang Special Asset Management Plan” (“CITIC Qihang”).

NZX Gender Diversity Annual 2014 And Q4 statistics
Under Listing Rule 10.4.5(j) NZSX listed companies (excluding overseas companies) are required to include in their Annual Report quantitative data on the gender breakdown of the Directors and Officers at the financial year end and including comparative figures for the prior financial year end.

United Nations Sustainability Committee: Choosing EGX As A Model For Effective Communication With The Market Participants
The United Nations (UN) sustainability committee, formed as per the UN’ initiative for the stock exchanges’ sustainability (UN-SSE), chooses the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) as a reference model for communication between the stock exchanges and the other market participants. The Committee expressed its appreciation for EGX’ efforts in the sustainability field, and praised EGX’ model for the effective communication with the market’ parties, and called the initiative’ members of the other stock exchanges to follow both of EGX and the Brazilian Stock Exchange "Bovespa" as pioneered models in this field.

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services: Greece Long-Term Rating Lowered One Notch To 'B-' And Kept On CreditWatch Negative
OVERVIEW
- Liquidity constraints have narrowed the timeframe during which Greece's new government can reach an agreement with its official creditors on a financing programme, in our view.
- We believe the potential uncertainties surrounding the timing and success of such an agreement risk exacerbating deposit outflows, depressing investment, and weakening tax compliance.
- As a result, we have lowered our long-term rating on Greece to 'B–' from 'B'.
- The long- and short-term ratings remain on CreditWatch negative.
