Opening Remarks To The Investor Advisory Committee - SEC Chair Mary Jo White, April 9, 2015
Good morning and welcome. Thank you again for making time in your schedules to be here and for all the work you do for the Investor Advisory Committee and the SEC. Today, I want to give you a couple of updates since your last meeting in February. And then I will just very briefly touch on some of what lies ahead that I think are of interest to this Committee.

OneMarketData, LLC: Ergon Selects OneTick Data Management Platform
OneMarketData, LLC , the founders of OneTick, a single solution for event stream processing (CEP) and tick data management, today announced that Ergon Capital Management, LLC, an Austin, Texas based company that builds market technology solutions and quantitative trading models, has selected OneTick as its tick data management platform. OneTick's powerful analytical tools will enable Ergon to employ their quantitative research techniques on historical tick data for trading opportunities, run historical simulations & strategy back tests and perform transaction cost analysis (TCA).

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Monday, 13 April 2015, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contracts will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company’s normal procedures and standard margining methodology

REGIS-TR Exceeds 3 Billion Reports - Number Of Reports Tripled Since October 2014 - The Daily Average Of Reports Processed By REGIS-TR Since Its Start Is 10.3 Million - The Total Number Of Clients With Signed Contracts Stands At 900 – Onboarding Continues
In April the number of reports received by REGIS-TR, the European trade repository owned by Clearstream (Deutsche Börse) and Iberclear (BME), exceeded 3 billion, three times the number of reports that were received in October of last year.

PEGAS: New Record Volumes In March 2015 On The Spot And The Derivatives Market
PEGAS, the pan-European gas trading platform operated by Powernext, announced that a total volume of 91.9 TWh was traded in March 2015. This represents the highest monthly volume traded so far on the PEGAS markets. This accounts for an increase of 15% compared to the previous record of 79.9 TWh in February 2015. Compared to the previous year, volumes almost doubled (March 2014: 45.5 TWh).

Personnel Change In The SIX Group Executive Board - Niklaus Santschi, Division CEO Payment Services, Has Decided To Leave SIX At The End Of April 2015
Niklaus Santschi has decided to leave SIX in order to pursue a new professional direction. He was placed in charge of the business area Payment Services in October 2011. The business area recorded gratifying growth under his leadership. In particular, the successful acquisition of PayLife Bank in Austria was concluded and the stake in Cetrel in Luxembourg was significantly expanded. SIX thus substantially increased its international market share in the area of payment transactions. The Board of Directors thanks Niklaus Santschi for his valuable contribution to the continued development of the business area Payment Services in a challenging market environment and wishes him all the best for the future, both personally and professionally.

Bank Of England Maintains Bank Rate At 0.5% And The Size Of The Asset Purchase Programme At £375 Billion
The Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee at its meeting today voted to maintain Bank Rate at 0.5%. The Committee also voted to maintain the stock of purchased assets financed by the issuance of central bank reserves at £375 billion.
