TMX Group Limited today announced a realignment of the organization to achieve its new vision of being a technology-driven solutions provider that puts clients first. The changes follow the completion of an in-depth strategic review of the organization, which began in January.

Nasdaq NFX Data Will Be Available On The Bloomberg Professional Service
Nasdaq announced today that Nasdaq Futures, Inc. (NFX) real-time market data will be available via the Bloomberg Professional service and the B-PIPEservice, following the official launch of the NFX platform in mid-2015. NFX is the exchange group's U.S.-based designated contract market (DCM), offering futures and options on key energy benchmarks, which includes oil, natural gas and U.S. power.

Option Contracts On S&P 500 Futures Start Trading On BM&FBOVESPA
BM&FBOVESPA is making Option contracts on the S&P 500 futures contract available for trading as of June 01, via the BM&FBOVESPA PUMA Trading System. This is yet another product resulting from the strategic partnership with CME Group to cross list products with exposure to the global market. The contract’s ticker is ISP and the first authorized contract month is the option expiring in July 2015. BM&FBOVESPA will establish and announce the series’ strike prices in index points.

The best month of May in 5 years
- The equity trading volume to the end of May was up 27%
- In May the ETF trading volume doubled from the same month in 2014
- The trading volume in the Warrants and Certificates market to the end of May was up 46% year-on-year
- The trading volume in the Derivatives market in May was up 10% from the previous month
- Corporate Debt trading in May was €57.7 billion and the volume of issues grows 84% in the first five months

EBA Assesses Regulatory Equivalence Of Third Countries
The European Banking Authority (EBA) published today a questionnaire to guide its assessment of non-EU countries' equivalence with the EU prudential supervision and regulatory requirements specified in the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and Directive (CRD). The questionnaire, which will be sent to a selected number of countries in different rounds, will facilitate the collection of data and allow the EBA to provide technical advice on the supervisory regimes of these non-EU countries, as mandated by the European Commission.

APGMI To Hold EGM For Delisting From GXG
Asia Pacific Gold Mining Investment Lt (APGMI) is today confirming that it will immediately seek to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and pass a resolution for the delisting of the company from the GXG stock exchange. The EGM is planned to be held in New Brunswick near the end of June 2015 and shareholders will be informed of exact date, time and location via physical mail.

UK Financial Conduct Authority: Eight Convicted For Role In Unauthorised Collective Investment Scheme
In a case brought by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Scott Crawley, Dale Walker, Daniel Forsyth, Brendan Daley, Aaron Petrou, Ross Peters, Adam Hawkins, and Ricky Mitchie have been convicted for their parts in the operation of an unauthorised collective investment scheme which led to 110 investors losing over £4.3 million.
