Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (635998-W) (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded Patimas Computers Berhad (PATIMAS) and its 4 executive directors at the material time for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR). In addition, the 4 executive directors of PATIMAS were fined a total of RM1,986,200.

Gautam Banerjee To Chair SGX Listings Advisory Committee, Eric Ang To Chair Listings Disciplinary Committee, Francis Xavier, SC To Chair Listings Appeals Committee
Singapore Exchange (SGX) has set up the three independent Listings Committees to strengthen the listing policy-making and review process, and enhance how Listing Rules are enforced. Public feedback on the establishment of the Committees was sought last year.

London Stock Exchange Group Confirms Sale Of Proquote
London Stock Exchange Group today confirms the sale of Proquote, a market data vendor and retail trading provider in the United Kingdom, to IRESS, an ASX listed company that is a leading supplier of technology for financial markets, wealth management and the mortgage industry in the UK and Australia. The Group identified Proquote as not central to its strategy going forward for the enlarged Information Services Division and in IRESS identified the right partner for the business going forward. The terms of the transaction have not been released.

SWIFT’s KYC Registry Accelerates Beyond 1,000 Financial Institutions Worldwide - Success Demonstrates The Benefits Of SWIFT’s Utility Model For Financial Crime Compliance
SWIFT announces today that more than 1,125 financial institutions have signed up for its Know Your Customer (KYC) Registry, a centralised repository that maintains a standardised set of information about financial institutions required for KYC compliance. KYC Registry adoption has shown strong momentum, with banks in 152 countries now on board. The Registry is well-represented worldwide, with more than 575 institutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa; over 180 in the Americas; and nearly 375 in the Asia Pacific region.
