-
Good morning. It is my pleasure to be here today. This is my fourth SEC Speaks and my first after being sworn-in for a second term as an SEC Commissioner. I can report that the issues before the Commission and the magnitude of what is at stake remain of top concern, just as they have throughout my tenure. Speculators And Commodity Prices—Redux: CFTC Commissioner Bart Chilton
On March 16, 2011, I spoke to an industry group concerning the impact of speculative activity on commodity prices.
