BME’s Net Profit In 2012 Reached €135.5 Million, Down 12.7% From 2011 - In 2012 Revenue Totalled €296.2 Million - Operating Costs Were Down 2.4% In The Fourth Quarter And Up 0.6% In 2012, Clearly Below Inflation - The Ratio Of Covered Costs Closed The Year At 118% - The Efficiency Ratio Is 13 Points Above The Sector Average - Return On Equity (ROE) Was 32%, Over 18 Points Above The Sector Average - The Funding Provided By The Market To Listed Companies In 2012 Grew 50.9% To A Total Of €28.5 Billion
BME reported net profit of €135.5 million in 2012, down 12.7% year-on-year. The fourth quarter of 2012 closed with adjusted profit of €30.4 million, a year-on-year decline of 17.2%.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded Can-One Berhad (CANONE) and its seven directors for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR). In addition, the seven directors were fined a total of RM350,000.

SGX: STI & FTSE ST Index Series Rebalancing In March
- The next quarterly review of the FTSE ST Index Series which includes the Straits Times Index (STI) is scheduled for 7 March.
- Free float methodology enhancements are scheduled to commence with this March meeting.
- The STI reserve list is currently made up of five securities, Hutchison Port Holdings Trust, Keppel Land, Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, CapitaCommercial Trust and UOL Group.

Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice Of Issuing “SSE Business Guidelines On Direct Channel For Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure” And “SSE Category Index For Announcements On Information Disclosure”
The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has formulated the “SSE Business Guidelines on Direct Channel for Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure” (the “Guidelines” for short) to further improve the quality and efficiency of listed companies’ information disclosure, urge market participants to fulfill their responsibilities, and protect legal rights and interests of investors. The SSE hereby releases the “Guidelines”, which will take effect on July 1, 2013.
