Tokyo Commodity Exchange Foreign Customer Trade Exceeds 40% Of Total Volume In June
The Tokyo Commodity Exchange announced today that the June 2013 monthly volume of customer trades (sell & buy) originating overseas comprised 40.9 percent of the total trades, which marked the all-time high ratio.

Phillip Securities Japan Acquires Membership Of Tokyo Commodity Exchange Agricultural Product & Sugar Market
The Tokyo Commodity Exchange announced today that Phillip Securities Japan, Ltd. acquired Broker Membership of TOCOM’s Agricultural Product & Sugar Market as of July 18. Phillip Securities Japan, a Japanese subsidiary of Phillip Capital, a major Singapore based financial institution, has traded on TOCOM as a Broker Member of the Precious Metals, Oil and Rubber Markets since May, 2012.

SIX Exchange Regulation: Sanction Commission Fines Publigroupe Ltd For Deficient Disclosures In Its Interim Financial Statements
In its interim financial statements 2012 Publigroupe Ltd failed to disclose in sufficient detail the offsetting of goodwill from associates against equity as well as its accounting treatment of associates. As a result the Sanction Commission imposed a fine in the amount of CHF 40,000 on the company.
