CME Group Prices $750 Million Aggregate Principal Amount Of Senior Unsecured Notes
CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) today announced it priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured 3.000% notes due 2025. The offering is being made under CME Group's existing shelf registration statement and is expected to close on March 9, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman Secures Agreement With Thomson Reuters Corporation To Ensure Equal Treatment Of Legally Married Same-Sex - Agreement Reflects Additional Enforcement Work Required Following the Supreme Court’s Decision in U.S. v. Windsor - Schneiderman: Married Same-Sex Couples Are Entitled To Equal Treatment In Employee Compensation And Benefits
Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman today announced an agreement with Thomson Reuters Corporation (Thomson) to ensure the equal treatment of married same sex couples under its employee benefit programs. Under the agreement, Thomson will ensure that no employees are owed monies as a result of any incorrect designations of spouses within its benefits systems, and will also stop making unnecessary tax calculations for the benefits the company provides to the same-sex spouses of employees.

UK Financial Conduct Authority Statement On European Banking Authority Guidelines On Remuneration Policies For Public Consultation
The European Banking Authority (EBA) has today published draft guidelines on remuneration policies for public consultation. These guidelines seek to clarify how firms and regulators should interpret the remuneration rules in CRD IV. These guidelines would effectively remove the proportionality principle for smaller firms.

European Banking Authority: Consultation On Guidelines On Sound Remuneration Policies
The European Banking Authority (EBA) launched today a three-month public consultation on its Guidelines on sound remuneration policies. These draft Guidelines set out the governance process for implementing sound remuneration policies across the EU, as well as the specific criteria for mapping all remuneration components into either fixed or variable pay. Guidance is also provided on the application of deferral arrangements and the pay-out instruments ensuring that variable remuneration is aligned with an institution’s long-term risks and that any ex-post risk adjustments can be applied as appropriate.

Good morning. Thank you all for being here. I will be very brief so that you can get to the business at hand.
I, too, would like to welcome Michael Pieciak who will be serving as the committee’s observer representative from NASAA. Mike is the Deputy Commissioner of the Vermont Securities Division, and I am very pleased he is here on behalf of the state securities regulators to bring that knowledgeable and important voice to your discussions.
