Shanghai International Energy Exchange: Notice On The 2nd Term Of Crude Oil Futures Related Business Training Tour
The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“INE”), together with Futures Industry Association acorss the country, plan to start the 2nd term of crude oil futures related business training tour in Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Dalian, Qingdao, Ningbo and Xiamen respectively on July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th (See Attachment 1 for agenda), in order to satisfy the market needs for crude oil futurres related business trainings.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Continuously Deepening The Supervision On Accounting Audit And Firmly Preserving The Seriousness Of Delisting System
On June 24, 2017, Ingenious Ene-carbon New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Extra ST Ene-carbon’ or ‘the Company’) disclosed its 2016 Annual Report, in which 2016 audited net profit was CNY-474 million. The Company’s audited net profit was negative for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (‘SZSE’) made the decision on suspension of the listing of its stocks from July 6, 2017 according to the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (2014 Revision) and audit opinions from the Listing Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission And France's Autorité Des Marchés Financiers Sign MoU On France-Hong Kong Mutual Recognition Of Funds
The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on France-Hong Kong Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF), which will allow eligible Hong Kong public funds and French UCITS funds to be distributed to retail investors in each other’s market through a streamlined authorization process.

MGEX Breaks Open Interest Record
MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), reports breaking its open interest record with the close of Friday’s activity at 104,175 contracts. This is nearly three times more than open interest was at the Exchange five years ago.
