Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shares of Titan Uranium Inc. (TSXVN:TUE) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of March 1, 2012. Pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement, the shares of the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange having been acquired by Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) in a share swap.

Fee Rate Advisory #6 For Fiscal Year 2012
Pursuant to Section 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Commission has determined that a mid-year adjustment to the Section 31 transaction fee rate is necessary. Effective on April 1, 2012, the Section 31 transaction fee rate will be set at $22.40 per million.

KCBT February 2012 Volume And Open Interest - KCBT HRW Wheat Futures & Exchange Volume Increase Compared To Previous Month
The Kansas City Board of Trade volume traded in February posted increases in the Hard Red Winter Wheat futures contract and the exchange as a whole when compared to January.

OCC Announces 2% Decrease In Cleared Contract Volume In February While Stock Loan Activity Rose 7%
OCC announced today that total cleared contract volume in February reached 351,702,360 contracts, representing a 2 percent decrease from the February 2011 volume of 357,275,834 contracts. OCC’s year-to-date total contract volume is down 7 percent from 2011 with 688,925,298 contracts.

CalPERS Board Committee Chairs And Vice Chairs Chosen
The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) Board of Administration has elected the following chairs and vice chairs of key Board committees:
- Investment Committee – Henry Jones, Chair; George Diehr, Vice Chair
Jones joined the CalPERS Board in 2008. He was unopposed for re-election and was seated automatically for his second term in 2012. He retired as chief financial officer of the Los Angeles Unified School District in 1998, and also served as an adjunct professor at California State University, Los Angeles. Dr. Diehr began serving on the CalPERS Board in 2003 after being elected by state employees, including employees of the California State University System. He began serving his third four-year term in 2011. Dr. Diehr has been on the faculty of the College of Business Administration at California State University, San Marcos, since 1990.
