Shanghai Stock Exchange: Q & A On Delisting System Reform
The draft for comment on the “Opinions on Reform, Improvement and Implementation of the Delisting System of Listed Companies” (the “Opinions” for short) was released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on July 4, 2014. Revisions were made to the “SSE Stock Listing Rules” by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) to carry out the “Opinions”, with public opinions solicited as well. Recently, an official of the SSE replied to questions on how to improve and implement the delisting system.

Finance Expert Sounds Alarm On 8 Ways A New Global Crisis Will Hit By 2015 - World Competitiveness Center Director Says Global Economy Faces Its Greatest Challenges Since 2008
Arturo Bris, Professor of Finance at the top-ranked IMD business school and Director of the World Competitiveness Center, recently predicted that a crisis for the global economy is likely and that not enough action is being taken to avoid it. He said that based on statistics, the world could expect a financial crisis as soon as April 2015, ending in March 2016.

DGCX To Relist Indian Rupee Options Contract On July 18
Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) today announced the re-listing of its Indian Rupee Options contract. The contract, which was temporarily suspended in 2013 to facilitate migration to a new trading infrastructure, will restart trading on July 18.

Turkish Bank Garanti Wins FICO Decision Management Award For Fraud Control - Enterprise-Wide System Protects Debit And Credit Cards, Deposit Accounts And Loans Amid Increasing Fraud Attacks
FICO (NYSE:FICO), a leading predictive analytics and decision management software company, today announced that Garanti Bank, Turkey's second-largest bank, has won the 2014 FICO Decision Management Award in the Fraud Control category. Garanti uses the FICO®Falcon® Platform to deploy enterprise fraud management across credit cards, debit cards and current / demand deposit accounts (DDA). The bank also uses FICO application fraud models to detect potential fraud in credit card and consumer loan applications. Among the results has been an 80 percent increase in detected credit and debit fraud cases, enabling the bank to keep fraud losses low even while the number of fraud attacks doubled.

Tokyo Stock Exchange ETF/ETN Monthly Report For June 2014
Monthly ETF/ETN trading value recovered to above JPY 2 trillion in June
- Trading value in the ETF/ETN market in June 2014 exceeded JPY 2 trillion for the first time since April, with daily average trading value reaching about JPY 97.7 billion.
- Leveraged ETFs continued to be a driving force in the market, with NEXT FUND S Nikkei 225 Leveraged Index ETF (1570) maintaining its more than 60% share of ETF/ETN market trading value.
- TOPIX Bear -2x ETF (1356), listed on May 29, 2014, saw trading value gains and ranked 13th overall.

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today reported monthly volumes for June 2014, as well as quarterly volumes and estimated revenue capture for the quarter ending June 30, 2014, on its investor relations website.

Schneiderman Announces Agreement With Uber To Cap Pricing During Emergencies And Natural Disasters - Uber To Implement New Formula Limiting Prices To Normal Range During Emergencies - New York Agreement To Serve As Model For National Policy - Schneiderman: This Agreement Represents The Thoughtful Application Of Long-Established Law To New Technology
Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman today announced an agreement with Uber, a mobile application that connects riders with for-hire vehicles, to limit prices during “abnormal disruptions of the market” – typically, emergencies and natural disasters -- consistent with New York’s price gouging statute. In addition, Uber is expected to announce a national policy to limit pricing in emergencies that is based on this agreement.
