Shenzhen Stock Exchange Amends Business Guidelines For Asset Securitization
Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) promulgated the Business Guidelines for Asset Securitization (2014 revision) today in a bid to make corresponding adjustment to legal application and supervision rules after China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) cancelled the administrative examination and approval on asset securitization business.

Thomson Reuters/University Of Michigan: Consumer Sentiment Brightens Holiday Spending
Consumer confidence posted its fourth consecutive monthly gain in November, rising to its highest level since July 2007. The November gain was due to improved personal finances as well as a more favorable outlook for employment. Importantly, consumers expressed much more favorable buying plans for durables and vehicles in the most recent survey. Favorable views toward purchases of large household durables were at their highest level since 2007, and favorable vehicle buying attitudes were the most favorable since 2005. Importantly, the gains in buying plans were due to large gains among younger and lower income households. These gains arrived just in time to boost holiday spending, and indicate that total consumer expenditures can be expected to increase by 2.9% in 2015.

SEC Names Kevin Kelcourse As Associate Director For Exam Program In Boston
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it has named Kevin M. Kelcourse as the associate director for the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) in Boston. In that role, he will oversee the SEC’s exam program in six New England states with a staff of approximately 65 examiners, accountants and attorneys.

BATS One Feed Update
As previously announced, the production release of the BATS One Feed has been delayed pending SEC approval. While BATS is prepared for a production release once final approval has been received, it has been decided that BATS One will be released in the NY5 data center in Secaucus, NJ as opposed to the NJ2 data center in Weehawken. Please refer to the BATS One Feed Specification for updated IP address and port details.

Prince Alwaleed Successful In Key Libel Decision - London Court Affirms Forbes Made Defamatory Accusations
HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is pleased the court has ruled in his favor on the meaning of key elements of the defamatory articles published about him by Forbes in April 2013. The Prince has consistently maintained that Forbes defamed him by falsely accusing him of defaulting on important contractual obligations, dishonestly manipulating the share price of Kingdom Holding Company, and firing KHC's auditor because it raised concerns that KHC's value was over-estimated. Prince Alwaleed also notes the court has found that the Forbes' articles did not impact KHC.
