- Trading on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) on the last trading week was marked by a mixedtrend in the leading share indices;
- The TA- Oil & Gas index fell by 8% after the discovery of gas reserves in Egypt;
- The US biomed company "Navidea" whose shares are traded on the NYSE Market, listed its shares for trading on the TASE;
- Continued public offerings in the bond market
TA-25 index
The TA-25 index increased 0.6% over the last week, and increased 9.6% since the beginning of the year, after an increase of 10.2% for the whole of 2014.
TA-100 index
The TA-100 index increased 0.2% over the last week, and increased 8.7% since the beginning of the year, after an increase of 6.7% for the whole of 2014.
TA-Oil & Gas
The TA-Oil & Gas index decreased this week by 7.7%, following the discovery of gas reserves in Egypt.
Since the beginning of the year, the index increased by 0.1%, after a decline of 20.1% in 2014.
Corporate Bonds
This week there were two bond offerings to the public by the business sector:
The real estate company Airport City raised US$ 115 million, and the insurance company Harel raised US$ 65 million.
Since the beginning of the year the business sector raised US$ 10.8 billion through bonds on TASE.
Government Bonds
The Ministry of Finance (MoF) did not make a bond offering this week on TASE.
Since the beginning of the year, the MoF raised a total of US$ 6.9 billion in bond offerings on the TASE.
Dual Listing
The US biomed company Navidea whose shares are traded on the NYSE Market (symbol: NAVB) made a dual listing on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange on September 8th.
The company's shares are expected to be included in the TA-100, TA Tech-Elite, and TA-Blutech indices.
Currently there are 53 companies traded on the TASE whose shares are traded also in the US or in Europe.
