Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) today announced the listing of Mapletree Industrial Trust (“MIT”), on the Mainboard, under the ticker symbol “MapletreeInd”.
Mapletree Industrial Trust is a Singapore-focused real estate investment trust. It is one of the largest landlords of privately-owned multi-user flatted factory space in Singapore. With an extensive portfolio consisting of high quality industrial properties, and a large and diversified tenant base, Mapletree Industrial Trust presents investors an attractive opportunity to participate in Singapore’s industrial property market.
