Singapore Exchange (SGX) today welcomed the secondary listing of EMAS Offshore Limited on Mainboard under the stock code “UQ4”.
EMAS Offshore, a subsidiary of SGX-listed Ezra Holdings Limited, is primary listed on the Oslo Bors with which SGX has a dual listing collaboration.
Headquartered in Singapore, EMAS Offshore provides offshore support, accommodation and offshore production services to customers in the offshore oil and gas industry, spanning exploration, development and production. It has global operations and extensive experience of exploration and production in Asia, including Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.

The listing of EMAS Offshore brings the number of maritime and offshore oil and gas support services companies listed on SGX to 61, with a total market capitalisation of S$61 billion.
