Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Begin Trading Options On The PHLX Defense Sector On Monday, November 19 - Commander Of The Pennsylvania Air National Guard To Ring Opening Bell

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange announced that it will begin trading options on the newly created PHLX Defense Sector on Monday, November 19. The DFX is an equal-dollar weighted index composed of 18 of the largest and most actively traded companies in the defense and aerospace industry.

Maj. Gen. James M. Skiff, assistant adjutant general and commander of 4,300-member Pennsylvania Air National Guard headquartered at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., will commemorate this occasion by ringing the opening bell at the exchange on that day. Equitec Proprietary Markets LLC will act as the specialist in this new product.
