OCC announced today that its 2011 annual report won gold in the Best Annual Report category at the 2013 Golden Trumpet Awards presented by the Publicity Club of Chicago at a dinner honoring the award winners on May 30, 2013.
The 2011 annual report, “Managing Risk,” conveys OCC’s successful handling of industry challenges throughout the year while remaining resolute in providing impeccable clearing and settlement services to its members, exchanges and industry partners. The PCC Golden Trumpet Awards were judged by a panel of communications professionals who score each entry on objectives, techniques, creativity, results and return on investment. OCC’s entry was the only award given in the Best Annual Report category.
“We are honored that OCC’s 2011 annual report earned this distinction from the Publicity Club of Chicago,” said Michael E. Cahill, OCC President, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. “It speaks to the talents of the team who created the report as well as those whose work is chronicled on its pages.”
The report was written and edited by OCC's Corporate Communications department; designed by O'Connor Design in Glen Ellyn, IL; and printed by Lake County Press in Waukegan, IL.
