The New York State Department of Financial Services ("the Department") is accepting applications from firms interested in serving as the independent monitor for Deutsche Bank AG and Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch (individually and collectively, "Deutsche Bank"), pursuant to paragraphs 75 through 82 of the Department’s April 23, 2015 Consent Order.
Applicants are hereby directed to submit a brief statement of interest, a Monitorship Application, which requires a description of the applicant’s business, the applicant’s personnel and conflict information, a summary of relevant qualifications and experience, and any additional pertinent information, the total of which is not to exceed 10 pages, either by e-mail to mari.dopp@dfs.ny.gov or in hard copy to:

Applicants must complete the Department’s Conflicts Disclosure Questionnaire (Appendix A of the Monitorship Application) by responding to each and every question contained therein, with regards to Deutsche Bank and its affiliates.
All application materials must be received by no later than the close of business on Monday, May 11, 2015.
