On July 6, 2007, the WSE Management Board has accepted a new group of companies as WSE Authorised Advisers for NewConnect. The first group of Authorised Advisers was admitted on 27 June, 2007. The role of Authorised Advisers is to assist issuers in their IPO process on the NewConnect WSE stock market, and to advise them through the first period of listing on the Exchange.

Authorised Advisers are investment companies or other business entities such as auditors, financial and legal consultants. The role of Advisers is to assist the issuer company in drafting and authorizing the relevant information document. The Adviser shall support the issuer, for at least one year after the date of debut, in fulfilling the reporting requirements as well as in providing consultation on questions related to the company’s presence on the NewConnect WSE stock market. Cooperation with an Authorised Adviser for NewConnect increases the possibility of favourable valuation of the company on the stock market.
The WSE Authorised Advisers for NewConnect are exclusively entities approved by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and introduced by the WSE onto the list of Authorised Advisers. Cooperation with Authorised Advisers will additionally benefit the issuers as it will contribute to better management and effective allocation of funds raised in the floatation process. The reputation, experience and, especially, the credibility of Advisers is therefore of the outmost importance to the Warsaw exchange. The Authorised Advisors will be eligible to use a special logo (sample in attachment), licensed by the WSE, to brand their consulting activities related to NewConnect. The list of WSE Authorised Advisers for NewConnect will be available on the Internet at www.NewConnect.eu

The NewConnect WSE stock market, a new trading platform organized and operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, is designed to finance the development of young and dynamic companies with high growth potential. It is also a new offer directed to investors willing to accept greater risk in return for possibility of higher profits.
Trading on NewConnect WSE stock market will begin on 30 August 2007.
