A Public Offer of Indexed Trust Stock Certificates was held yesterday, which replicates the Mexican Stock Exchange's BMV FIBRAS INDEX, issued by the Trust Department of the Nacional Financiera S.N.C., Development Bank Institution, in the capacity of fiduciary of the issuing trust, with ticker code “FIBRATC”, through BBVA Bancomer Asset Management.

This Share-Referenced Certificate will replicate the Mexican Stock Exchange's BMV FIBRAS INDEX, which shows the returns that generate the Investment and Real Estate Trust prices that are quoted on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The return on the Stock Certificates seeks to replicate the similar returns (before expenses) of the Mexican Stock Exchange's ("BMV") Investment and Real Estate Trust Index.
It is important to recall that in 2013 the Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV") commenced the diffusion of the BMV FIBRAS INDEX, which groups together the trusts that have completed more than three full calendar months from their listing, by assigning their representativeness in the sample of the Index based on their operated amounts, with a maximum weight per component of 25%.
The creation of the “FIBRATC” opens a new way of participating in the Investment and Real Estate Trust sector of the Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV"). There are several benefits represented by investing in this Share-Referenced Certificate for the investing public: transparency, flexible terms, diversification, simplicity and low management costs.
The Lead Broker of the Share-Referenced Certificate was Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer.
