EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION HIGHLIGHTS
In line with our executive compensation program’s emphasis on pay for performance, compensation awarded to the named executive officers for 2012 reflected the decrease in several of our key financial results in 2012 as compared to 2011. The following table shows each named executive officer’s total cash compensation, including salary and cash incentive awards, for 2012 as compared to 2011. Total cash compensation does not include all of the elements of compensation that comprise “Total Compensation” as reported in the Summary Compensation Table.
