The Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) today admitted a new unsecured bond issue by the electricity company Audax Energía, to the value of €21 million.
The life of the issue is five years and the nominal amount of the securities is €100,000, per unit, with an interest rate of 5.75%.
Solventis will act as Registered Adviser and, together with Beka Finance, the two firms will act as Joint Bookrunners.
The issue is aimed at Spanish and foreign qualified investors and
has received a rating of BB+ by Axesor Ratings.
Audax Energía operates in the power sector distributing electricity.
With this new issue, since MARF started, in October 2013, it has admitted 5 bond issues and 3 commercial paper programmes carried out by 8 companies, which in the last few months have tapped the fixed income markets, in line with the trend of searching for new investors and the capital markets to fund their activities.
