London Stock Exchange Group plc (‘LSEG') today announces changes to the LSEG Board and the Group's senior management team.
Chief Financial Officer
Doug Webb, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, will be standing down from the London Stock Exchange Group Board on 2 July and leaving the company on 31 July 2012. Doug joined the Group in 2008 and has played a significant role in the recent strategic diversification, strong financial performance and growth of the organisation. Doug's strong risk and balance sheet management skills and financial oversight of Group acquisitions have been of immense value to the organisation.
The Group is very pleased to announce that David Warren will be joining the LSEG Board, taking over from Doug as Chief Financial Officer on 2 July. David will also be a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for all aspects of the Group's financial management, investor relations, property and facilities operations. David brings with him a wealth of executive experience, both in banking and in running exchanges. David previously spent 9 years as CFO at Nasdaq OMX, where he was responsible for all financial operations, including accounting, SEC and regulatory reporting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and investor relations. Following this David spent two years as a Senior Adviser to the CEO of NASDAQ OMX. Prior to his time at Nasdaq OMX, David held a number of senior finance roles, including 7 years at CS First Boston.

There are no other matters relating to the new director which would require disclosure under Listing Rules 9.6.13R.
CEO London Stock Exchange plc
The Group is delighted to announce that Alexander Justham will join the Group as CEO of LSEG's regulated subsidiary, London Stock Exchange plc in June 2012. From 2007 to 2011 Alexander, better known as ‘JJ', worked at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), where from 2008 he was Director of Markets. During his time at the FSA he also held a number of international positions including sitting on the management board of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Prior to the FSA he worked at JPMorgan for 17 years, where he held a number of roles, latterly as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Cazenove.
JJ will report to Group CEO, Xavier Rolet and will join the Group's Executive Committee. As CEO of London Stock Exchange plc, he will assume Group-wide responsibility for Regulatory Strategy, Government and Public Affairs and for UK Regulation.

Other Senior Management Changes
The Group has appointed Antoine Shagoury to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer, with global responsibility for all aspects of the Group's Business Operations, in addition to his current Technology management responsibilities. The Group has also appointed David Lester as Group Director of Strategic Development, in addition to his role as Group Director of Information Services. David's enhanced role will focus on the strategic development of the Group as a whole, working closely with our corporate and business lines to develop the company as the partner of choice in global capital markets.
Kevin Milne, Director of Post Trade Services, will be leaving the Group at the end of June. Kevin has made a notable contribution to the growth of our Post Trade Operations over the last few years, in particular in Italy, and has been a valued member of the Executive Team. The Group would like to wish him well and thank him for his contribution. Raffaele Jerusalmi, in addition to his role as CEO Borsa Italiana, will take responsibility for Post Trade Services in Italy with Paolo Cittadini, as CEO of CC&G and Monte Titoli, reporting to him.
After 10 years with the Group, Tracey Pierce, Head of Primary Markets, has decided to leave the Company. Tracey has made a very valuable contribution to the promotion of the company's markets and the success of LSEG's international listing business throughout her time with the organisation. She has also been a great ambassador for London. The Group would like to thank Tracey for her dedication over the years and to wish her well as she moves on.
The Group is pleased to announce that Alastair Walmsley, will be joining LSEG as Head of Primary Markets. Previously, Alastair spent 7 years at Morgan Stanley where he was Executive Director, Corporate Broking. Prior to that, Alastair spent 5 years at Merrill Lynch in the Equity Capital Markets business.
Additionally, Catherine Johnson has been promoted to the new position of Group General Counsel, with responsibility for legal matters across the enlarged Group. Catherine brings to the role broad and deep legal and commercial experience, gained over many years at LSEG, including legal oversight on a number of M & A transactions.
