ITRS Group plc, the leading global provider of real-time proactive systems and application management products to the world’s financial community, has once again been included in the listing of the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100. The company has moved up 21 places in this year’s listing compared with 2009, which underlines its growth and achievement this year.
The line-up is a listing of the country’s top 100 fastest growing, privately-owned technology companies based on the previous 3 years’ sales growth, of which only eight specialise in financial technology. ITRS has shown considerable growth over the last few years, averaging at over 40% per year.
A typical Tech Track 100 company is owned and run by entrepreneurs, has between 20 and 100 staff, with sales ranging from £5m-£50m and a 3-year average growth in sales ranging from 35%-430% per annum.
Stephen Bates, ITRS Group CEO, says: “We are thrilled to have been included in this list again, and to have improved so significantly on last year’s ranking. This is due to the effectiveness and innovation of our products in providing proactive risk and system management solutions, ensuring they have become a very necessary part of the global financial market’s operational requirements. We have always believed that investing in excellent people was vital to our success. This philosophy has been paying off over the years, and has resulted in award-winning R&D, world-leading products and excellent client support. It continues to be the foundation of our growth and success. Despite challenging market conditions, financial institutions are keen to invest in technology, as long as it demonstrates a good ROI and makes a direct contribution to the bottom line.” He adds: “I’m very proud of the fact that the vast majority of our new clients come through recommendation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our staff, who have worked so hard to ensure our software remains ahead of the game, is the first choice for financial institutions, and our clients receive excellent support. In conclusion, I would really like to thank our clients who have worked in partnership with us to develop a world-leading product.”
The listed companies will be invited to a national awards event in November. The full list was published in the Sunday Times on 19th September and can be found on Fast Tech’s Tech Track 100 website.
