Non-profit partnership "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange will lower the clearing fee for trades in "Gazprom" more than threefold: from 0.0125% to 0.004% of the total traded volume (VAT included).
Effective January 10th, 2006, depositary fees charged by joint-stock company "Settlement and Depositary Company" that serves as the settlement depositary for "Gazprom" stock were lowered by 2.8 times. The commission for transferring "Gazprom" shares between depositary accounts or subaccounts after the trading session now equals 0.0025% (VAT excluded) of the approximate value of the traded block taking into account net promises.
