As a reminder, OneChicago, LLC will be transitioning its CBOEdirect-hosted markets to the OCXdelta1 platform effective January 23, 2015. The last trading day on the OneChicago instance of CBOEdirect will January 22, 2015.
The OCXdelta1 platform primary instance is located in the NJ2 datacenter and the disaster recovery instance in located in CH1. OCX also has a point of presence (“POP”) in the NY4 datacenter that provides access to NJ2. OCXdelta1 is accessible only by VPN or cross-connect within these datacenters. Firms and ISVs should now be in the final stages of confirming physical and logical connectivity to these datacenters.
OneChicago will host mock trading sessions on Saturday, January 10th from 9:00 am central time to 11:00 am central time and again on Saturday, January 17th from 9:00 am central time to 11:00 a.m. central time. Additional details regarding mock trading will be forthcoming.
Additionally, OneChicago is migrating its multicast market data feed from the CBOE Financial Network (“CFN”) disseminating from NY4 to being disseminated from NJ2 on the OneChicago Financial network. As part of that migration, OneChicago will continue to publish in the current legacy CSM format, as well as the new OCTP format. Firms consuming the CSM market data feed will need to transition to the new OCTP by June 22, 2015.
