A new equity index ETF issued by Deka Investment GmbH has been tradable in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment since Tuesday.
The Deka MDAX UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the reference index MDAX. The MDAX comprises 50 companies which are either German or foreign companies primarily active in Germany, and which are the largest companies after the DAX 30 in terms of market capitalisation and their stock exchange turnover. The performance index calculated by Deutsche Börse takes into account all dividends and other income from ownership of the shares, such as proceeds from subscription rights.
Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment product range currently comprises a total of 1,021 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €10 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
