Since 2002, Bearden, 54, managed critical data centers for Fidelity Information Services, a division of Fidelity National Financial, where he was responsible for day-to-day maintenance and infrastructure design. From 1989-2002, he was Manager, Electrical Equipment Engineering for Oak Forest Hospital of Cook County. In this position, he managed and maintained various electrical, mechanical and electronic infrastructure systems and designed, installed and managed the hospital’s data center infrastructure. Bearden joined Oak Forest Hospital in 1971 as an Electrical/Systems Engineer.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1971.
