US Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Decreases The September 30, 2025, Assessment Rates For National Banks And Federal Savings Associations

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today announced a decrease in assessment rates for the September 30, 2025, semiannual assessment. This is the fifth decrease in assessments since 2017 and will apply to all OCC-regulated institutions.

Nadex Self-Certifies Derivatives Contract (Industry Event – Live Presentations – Statistics)

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.2(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex self-certified the terms and conditions for its new Derivatives Contract (Industry Event – Live Presentations – Statistics). These contracts will be listed on or after trade date September 3, 2025.

MIAX Options And MIAX Emerald Options - Member Guidance Regarding Order Unbundling

Notwithstanding any prior understanding regarding the splitting of parent orders into child orders across multiple exchanges, MIAX Regulatory would like to clarify that the unbundling of orders, for the purpose of achieving small order preference as described in MIAX Options Rule 514(g)(2) and Emerald Options Rule 514(g)(2) in favor of any PLMM or as described in MIAX Options Rule 514(h) and Emerald Options Rule 514(h) for an LMM, may be considered conduct inconsistent with just and equitable principles of trade and a violation of MIAX Options Rule 301.

Preliminary Annual Report On U.S. Portfolio Holdings Of Foreign Securities At Year-End 2024

Preliminary data from an annual survey of U.S. portfolio holdings of foreign securities at year-end 2024 were released today and posted on the Treasury web site at (https://home.treasury.gov/data/treasury-international-capital-tic-system/tic-forms-instructions/us-claims-on-foreigners-from-holdings-of-foreign-securities). The final survey report, which will include additional detail as well as possible revisions to the data, will be released on October 31, 2025.
