A new exchange-listed index fund issued by Amundi has been tradable in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment since Tuesday.
The Amundi ETF Global Equity Multi Smart Allocation Scientific Beta UCITS ETF enables investors to participate for the first time in the multi-strategy approach of the Scientific Beta index family. The reference index tracks the performance of the four sub-indices of the Scientific index family and aims to generate a higher return than the indices weighted traditionally by market capitalisation. Only large- and mid-cap companies from industrialised nations are considered for selection, which is based on the following four risk factors: size of the company, the ratio of book value to market value, momentum and low volatility.
Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment product range currently comprises a total of 1,035 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €10 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
