OneChicago, LLC (OCX), an equity finance exchange, today announced its February 2015 volume of 837,327, an increase of 14% year-over-year. OneChicago is a CFTC and SEC regulated exchange offering Single Stock Futures (SSF), a Delta One product, on approximately 1,500 equities, including ADRs and ETFs.
February 2015 highlights include:
- Year-to-date volume through February 28, 2015, was 1,384,269, up 3% compared to 2014.
- Open interest decreased 10% year-over-year to 577,578 contracts on the equity finance exchange at close-of-market, February 27, 2015.
- 834,503 blocks and EFPs were traded on OCXdelta1. February 2015 EFP and block activity represented $4.1 billion in notional value.
- 43% of February 2015 month-end open interest was in OCX.NoDivRisk™ products. The OCX.NoDivRisk product suite is an innovative equity finance tool that removes dividend risk for customers carrying synthetic equity delta exposure.
