This information is relevant to individuals or organisations who submit Net Asset Values (NAVs) in relation to funds listed on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
A new online process for submitting Net Asset Values (NAVs) to the ISE will commence in September 2015. To ensure a seamless transition we are enabling our customers to register and set up their NAV files for automated submission in advance of the launch date.
The new service will operate via www.isedirect.ie and replace our existing service. This means that the email addresses nav@ise.ie and autonav@ise.ie will no longer be in use and that fax and other hard copy forms containing NAV details will no longer be processed.
If you want to set up your file for automated NAV submission from September
This is suitable for customers who
- currently submit NAVs to autonav@ise.ie
- have large NAV volumes to submit
- want to deliver NAVs to the ISE without logging into ISEdirect each time they have a NAV to submit
Then
- Register on ISEdirect (if not already registered for other services).
- If you currently submit NAVs to autonav@ise.ie, review the existing file format that you send to us and ensure it follows the formatting guidelines for automatic NAV processing in the future.
- If you don’t have a current file format, set up your file through ISEdirect by downloading and populating the ISE NAV template file or by uploading your own file. You will be required to select a file name, provide file contact details and upload your file for validation and testing.
- We will contact you to confirm that your file is ready for the automated service.
- The new email address will be provided pre-launch date.
If you want to submit NAVs by individual submission from September
This is suitable for customers who
- do not have a significant number of funds listed with the ISE or
- submit NAVs infrequently.
Then
- Register on ISEdirect (if not already registered for other services).
- The online form for NAV submissions will be available on ISEdirect from launch in September.
More information on our online NAV submission services is available on ISEdirect which includes a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) on NAV file set up and registering.
We are of course happy to answer any queries you may have or talk you through the new service.
We will provide further updates and reminders in due course.
