Nokia Corporation, the Finnish multinational communications and information technology company, has listed €1.25bn in debt securities on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
Nokia’s issuance comprises two separate listings, €750m 2% notes due March 2024 and €500m 1% notes due March 2021, which are both issued under Nokia’s €5bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
