Iberia, Spain’s largest airline, has listed two debt securities on the Main Security Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The debt instruments, €70m due 2022 and €55m due 2027, are issued under their €200m EMTN programme.
Iberia is based in Madrid and flies to over 102 destinations in 39 countries, and a further 90 destinations through code-sharing agreements with other airlines. Iberia is part of the International Airlines Group (IAG).
Other well-known Spanish companies listing debt on the ISE include BBVA, Hipercor, la Caixa, Acciona and Santander.
