DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG (ISIN: DE000A2NBVD5) has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since today. The shares of the Frankfurt insurtech company were listed at the start of trading at 12.30 euros after an issue price of 12.00 euros.
The IPO was accompanied by Hauck & Aufhäuser. The bank also acts as a designated sponsorin Xetra trading and is a joint bookrunner with Mainfirst Bank AG. Wolfgang Steubing AG is the specialist on Börse Frankfurt.
According to its own data, DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG is an insurtech enterprise specialised in the selling and the inventory administration of health auxiliary and property insurances. DFV's own IT platform enables it to manage its entire business operations with a portfolio of over 420,000 active policies with 109 employees. With its consistently digital product design, the company is setting new standards in the industry.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the issue to enable further growth such as expanding its sales, implementing marketing measures, investing in IT and a larger product portfolio.
